Become a Wings Psychoeducational Support Group Therapist Facilitator
Are you a counselor or therapist passionate about supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their loved ones? Apply to join our team of clinicians serving as support group therapist co-facilitators!
Support groups are typically offered in the evenings Monday through Thursday and meet for two hours, though a few groups differ from this norm and may be offered on the weekends. Groups consist of 7-10 adult survivors or loved ones, supported by two co-facilitators.
Support group therapist co-facilitators are master’s level clinicians who provide guidance, grounding, and hold space for safe connection in Wings’ weekly psychoeducational support groups. Our support groups are held virtually or in person and are currently open to anyone living in Colorado.
Wings is committed to supporting adult survivors of CSA from all backgrounds. We seek Psychoeducational Facilitators who are equally committed to holding safe space for communities that have traditionally been underserved.
We currently have opportunities for providers to work with survivors who are male-identifying, female-identifying, as well as gender-nonconforming individuals, and individuals who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. We are also committed to enhancing cultural responsiveness for all groups. Thus, we seek healing professionals representing communities of color as well as professionals with intersectional identities to facilitate space for adult survivors with similar backgrounds, and/or healing professionals aligned with these values.
